This is the smallest Chuck E. Cheese I've been to. Went for a birthday party and parking stalls are tight. Hard to get little ones out.
Standard fare when entering you check your kids in so the kids leave with the right adults. The party for the kids included 2 hours of play with the play cards. We went on a Saturday when there were about 5 other birthday parties. It was hectic and crowded. Some of the machines didn't work.
I didn't know that you can "pause" your play card while you ate. The rides are extremely short and not worth paying for unless you have unlimted play. My 2 and 4 year old had fun. They probably would have had more fun if all the machines worked and it wasn't so crowded.
The other Chuck E. Cheese I've been to had a huge ball pit and adventure area with bridges and nets. This one just had small games and skee ball. If you have older kids I suggest doing the all-you-can-play at Dave & Busters instead.
Food was okay but was served cold but it could have just been that we were late to the table.
The staff did their best amongst the chaos that comes with little kids and games. I wish they had more staff. Like 2 or 3 more would have been helpful during the birthday party rush times. -

This is a typical Chuck E. Cheese with pizza, salad and a few other items and mainly the different games for kids. If you do go here, try to go on a weekday as on weekends it's a madhouse. On weekends there are usually several birthday parties going on at once and there are kids and parents yelling and screaming all over. Half the games also didn't work, but they still deducted credits from the play card as if you played. If you go on a weekday, even in the late afternoon or evening, it's much nicer and more of the games are in working condition.
Unless you're going for a birthday party, don't ever go on weekend afternoons. Weekdays in the afternoon or evening are much more calm and your kids will have a much better time and you will avoid that headache from kids running around and screaming. -

This is a nice place. I really like it. The salad is good. The only thing is that they have to maintain the salad bar cause it was starting to look old. Overall good customer service. Decent.

We had a great time here. Pizza was quick and the games were pretty solid. Only issue is it is A little understaffed but everyone did the best they could. Julian was amazing and very attentive they need more workers like him!
